Acceptance of Terms of Service

By accessing, registering or using any part of the igang88 platform — including the website, gaming services, deposit and withdrawal systems, and any support facilities — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or devices — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any cash balance.

Players are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their password and account login details confidential
• All activity and transactions that occur in their account
• Updating personal information (phone number, email) when changes occur
• Notifying igang88 immediately if they suspect unauthorised use of their account
• Ensuring the devices they use are free from malware or security threats

igang88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of the MyKad identity card, proof of address or payment method information. This verification process is a standard security measure to protect player accounts.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

igang88 supports a range of payment methods widely used in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or crypto equivalent.

Transaction limits in effect:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Players must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed

igang88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, players are responsible for any fees charged by their own e-wallet provider or bank.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

igang88 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Clear calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,200 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

General terms relating to bonuses and promotions:

• Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• igang88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is any fraudulent activity or breach of terms
• VIP promotions are available at five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering progressively higher weekly cashback as players advance to higher tiers
• All limited-time promotions are subject to specific terms displayed alongside that promotion
• igang88 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice

Permitted and Prohibited Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the igang88 platform in a responsible, ethical manner and in compliance with all provisions of these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that simulates human actions
• Disrupting, damaging or attempting to gain unauthorised access to igang88 systems or servers
• Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion)
• Depositing money obtained from illegal activities (money laundering)
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
• Spreading false or misleading information about igang88
• Threatening or harassing support staff or other players

igang88 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities, if any of the above conduct is detected.

Suspension, Closure and Self-Exclusion

igang88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by a competent authority.

Players may also request voluntary account closure through customer support. For responsible gambling purposes, igang88 provides a self-exclusion option where players can request their account be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

• Temporary self-exclusion: can be requested for a minimum period of 30 days
• Permanent self-exclusion: account closed with no possibility of reopening
• During the exclusion period, players may not open a new account at igang88
• Valid balances will be returned to the player after the verification process is complete

Intellectual Property Rights

All content found on the igang88 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software, game systems and databases — is the exclusive property of igang88 or licensed to igang88 from the relevant third parties.

Players are not permitted to:

• Copy, republish or distribute any igang88 content without written permission
• Use the igang88 brand name or logo for personal or commercial marketing purposes
• Modify, decompile or attempt to obtain the source code of igang88 software
• Create content that imitates or could misrepresent the identity of igang88

Any violation of these intellectual property rights will be addressed under applicable law and igang88 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The igang88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. igang88 makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or meet the specific needs of players at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, igang88 is not liable for:

• Financial losses or missed opportunities resulting from technical disruptions or system maintenance
• Acts or omissions of third parties including payment service providers
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of a player's account by a third party
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the decision to place bets is entirely the personal responsibility of the player.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

igang88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform, unless a different effective date is stated.

It is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

igang88 operates under an international licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through igang88's internal procedures first, and if unresolved, referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority.
